My son loves the projector at bedtime, but spends hours on the story board creating space missions during the day. The felt pieces helped him learn all planet names and positions through hands-on storytelling.
I really like how big this mat is and all the animals and name labels that come with it. The mat and peices do not feel like felt, they are thicker smoother fabric like material instead.
My son got this year ago and it’s held up really well! It is constantly played with. We have had to do minor repairs only due to our puppy getting a hold of it - some of the parts appear damaged in the pics, they have actually been chewed. Still a favourite toy!

Just put this together today cause he said dinosaur this morning and I ordered this last week waiting for him to get excited. They say that when children are interested in dinosaurs and learn their specific names there’s a high degree of intelligence. I’m gonna get excited for him to know each one as he is already an intelligent 21 month old today. This is a great learning tool. He likes to take them all off and make me put them up 😝 Very well made and very well packaged.
