🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

For orders within the United States: Once your order ships, please allow 8-15 business days for delivery under standard shipping.

(Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer)

Please note: delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to holidays, customs clearance, or high demand — we appreciate your patience!
For international orders (if applicable): Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and carrier operations.

💲 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for standard shipping.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $70.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance & Package Handling

Every order is automatically insured to cover the full purchase value of your parcel in case of loss or damage during transit.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or equivalent, and will be left at your doorstep, mailbox, or safe location if no signature is required.

🧾 Customs & Duties

We include all duties and import taxes in your total — so there are no surprise fees at the door.
What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you receive a damaged parcel or have issues with the shipment, contact us immediately through our “Contact Us” page or by email.
Need to update your address? Contact us at support@lovealotter.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your package ships, we cannot make changes.
We do not ship to military zones or multiple addresses per order.
