Shipping & Delivery
- The shipping cost will be reflected in the order review section once you place an item in your shopping cart, and before you are asked for payment.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING everywhere in the United States for ALL orders over $75
- Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.
- Shipping insurance is included on all orders, covering the full purchase value of your parcel should it arrive damaged or get lost in transit.
Our warehouses are mainly based in these cities: Los Angeles, New Jersey, Houston, New Mexico, etc.
Your order will be shipping from the nearest warehouse base on your shipping address.
Order will be shipped via various carriers FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Amazon FBA. Your order will be left at your doorstep or safe locations if a signature is not required.
The usual time for processing an order is 24 hours (ONE business day), but may vary depending on the availability of products ordered. This period excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Shipping to PO boxes may take longer time to deliver. Usually 1-2 weeks.
Shipping method varies depending on what is being shipped.
Once your order has left our warehouse, a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you.
If it has been more than 3 days since you completed your order and tracking is not yet available please send a message requesting an update using the “CONTACT US”.
If your package has been delivered in a PO Box, please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may result (consequences of extreme temperatures, theft, etc.).
