Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs: We want to make shipping as affordable as possible for our customers, which is why we subsidize shipping costs. You'll only be asked to pay a flat shipping cost of $6.99 at checkout.
- Free Delivery is offered for all orders over $70 within the United States.
- Shipping Insurance: We understand that accidents can happen during shipping, which is why we include shipping insurance on all orders to cover the full purchase value of your parcel in case of damage or loss in transit.
Warehouse
- We have warehouses located in Los Angeles, New Jersey, Houston, and New Mexico within the United States, as well as South Korea and China for international orders.
- Orders within the United States will be fulfilled from our US warehouses. If a product is out of stock, it may be shipped from South Korea or China and we will communicate with you prior.
Shipping Carrier
- Orders are shipped using various carriers, mainly by UPS, USPS, and Amazon FBA.
- Your order will be left at your doorstep, mailbox or a safe location if a signature is not required.
Delivery Times
- We process orders quickly and packages are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
- Orders within the US are delivered within 2-4 business days, while international orders are delivered within 1-3 weeks.
- Shipping to PO boxes may take longer to deliver, usually within 1 weeks.
- Depending on product availability, you may receive separate packages.
- Shipping methods vary depending on the product being shipped.
Tracking
- Once your order has left our warehouse, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
- If tracking is not available within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us for an update: “CONTACT US”.
Damaged Parcel
- Please contact us if you have any issues with your packages. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
- We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to packages delivered to PO boxes due to extreme temperatures, theft, or other circumstances.
