We want you and your little ones to be delighted with every purchase from Love A Lotter. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help!
✏️ Change Order Information
If you need to update your shipping address or product selection, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’re happy to help when possible. However:

Changes requested after 24 hours may not be possible

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund
📩 Please review your order confirmation email, which is sent immediately after purchase, to ensure all details are correct.
🛑 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
📦 Replacements for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We’re happy to offer a replacement if:

Your item arrived damaged

You received the wrong product

The item is defective due to our error
To request a replacement:

Include your order number and photos/videos showing the issue

We’ll provide next steps and return instructions if needed
Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement as quickly as possible.

Items marked Last Call or Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
📆 General Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item:

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
💼 Restocking Fee (10%)
All approved returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
💡 Why this fee applies:
Returned items must be carefully inspected, repackaged, and restocked by hand. In many cases, items that don’t meet our strict quality standards cannot be resold and are instead donated. This fee helps cover labor, materials, and potential loss—allowing us to continue offering fair prices and quality service.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll determine if it meets our return criteria.

Approved returns:
Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. -
Not approved:
You’ll be notified by email with the reason for denial.
The exact refund amount will be processed as previously discussed and agreed upon via email, handled on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the situation:

A 5% transaction fee and/or
-
A 10% restocking fee
may apply.
