Replacement & Refund Policy
By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
We’re so confident you’ll love the pieces we carry, we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This Return Policy covers all items purchased through Love A Lotter by GILOVERY LLC. It's designed to give you confidence that we stand behind the products on our marketplace and to make returns easy if you're not fully satisfied with an item. You should review these terms carefully before making any purchase.
We accept the replacement on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
To start the returns process, simply drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us.
Note: Our policy may last 15 days from arrival date especially fragile products. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased on Love A Lotter by GILOVERY LLC, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. Please see the next section if the item arrived damaged or defective; different terms may apply.
To return an item, visit the "CONTACT US" page, and follow the instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (even if you use a return shipping label provided by Love A Lotter), except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective. Note that the option to initiate a return will only appear for 30 days after delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
The following items may not be returned:
- Free Items
- Clearance Items
- Items that have been used or modified
Damaged and Defective Items
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set) for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within the following timeframes:
For Items Shipped by Parcel Carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS):
--Damaged and Defective Items: 30 days after delivery
We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery. In that case, please report the issue within the applicable timeframe listed above and you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund.
To report an issue with an item, please visit the "CONTACT US" page, and follow the instructions. You may be required to submit photographs/videos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging (the original packaging is required to facilitate a return unless it was damaged in transit and is unusable).
For damaged or defective items (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set), if you choose to get a refund, you'll be refunded the purchase price.

For items that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (whether the item was shipped by parcel or freight); if you use a return shipping label provided by Love A Lotter, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to you.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after Love A Lotter (as the case may be) receives and processes the eligible item. Please note the original shipping charge (orders less than $75) is non-refundable
If your order is missing any items or parts, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery.

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time. Please be informed that a processing and transaction fee (10-15% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Full refund only applies to switch orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
